Pre-sales service

Now we have local salesman and Chinese salesman in Pakistan, our factory and office are located in Lahore. Meanwhile, we have ecommerce staff to disseminate our products, just as me, my duty is to find customers who need construction machines.

Online reply

Firstly, for example, if I receive your inquiry, I will send it to our salesman, then he or she will reply you at once, learn more about your project and your needs, so that he or she can recommend right equipment for you. We will give you details about machine by Power point , video, pictures, etc. This is online reply.

Offline service

We set up Pakistani office and factory to serve local people better. Therefore, we are happy to welcome all of you to visit us! Contact us and we can set a time in advance, then we will take you to visit our machine, factory and office. This is offline service.

Sign contract

Pre-sales service means, we will tell you more information about the product you like, and if you are satisfied with us, we can sign a contract.

On-sales service

After we signed a contract, we will begin to produce the machine. Followings are related to on-sales issues.

Product preparation

Production manufacturing

During the process, our salesman will monitor and check the whole process, and send you production pictures or video.

Assemble and test run

When the machine is finished, our staff will assemble it and debug, ensure it can work normally.

Painting

If everything is ok, workers will paint them carefully. Of course, color is up to you.

Shipment

About two days later, we will arrange shipment. If you are from Pakistan, we will use a big trailer; if you are from other countries, and also the machine needs to be protected, we will use container. But we will talk this with you before the shipment. Because shipping cost is not the same.

Installation And Debug

After the machine arrived your city, we will send our engineer to your site and do site planning. He will help you install and debug the machine.

After-sales service

Training

After the installation and debug, make sure the machine is in good condition, then, our engineers will teach local workers how to do regular maintenance and some notes.

Timely maintenance

When our cooperation finished, actually, we have establish a business relationship. We will do regular maintenance and ask for feedback. What’s more, any problems, contact us, we will help you out timely! You are our customer forever.
