Working principle of asphalt batch plant mobile
In the working process, there are four steps to produce the asphalt mixture: asphalt conveying, aggregate conveying, filler conveying and mixture mixing. During the production, asphalt plant mobile makes full use of its efficiency, and can produce high-quality asphalt mixture.
1. Asphalt conveying: put the asphalt to the oil discharging tank, with the help of three-way valve, the asphalt will be pumped to the asphalt tank by oil discharging pump. Then, send the asphalt to the asphalt weighing tank through the circulating pump, after the weighing, the weighted asphalt will be evenly sprayed to the mixer through the oil injection pump.
2. Aggregate conveying: cold aggregate usually means different particle size of gravel. Put aggregate to the storage bin of the batching machine by wheel loader, under the batching machine is short leash, the feeding speed will be adjusted by adjusting frequency converter, the aggregate from the batching machine will be conveyed to screening machine through the belt conveyor, oversized aggregate will be removed, the residual will be transported to the drying drum through the belt conveyor. After the drying and heating, the hot aggregate will be lifted to the screening machine on the top of mixing tower and be screened, and then put them into the storage bin accordingly. Aggregate in the storage bin will be discharged to the aggregate weighing system by the air control system, after that, weighed aggregate will be discharged to the mixing cylinder.
3. Filler conveying: filler refers to mineral powder. There are two kinds of filler: new filler and recycling filler. Recycling filler is collected through the dust collector system. You can use new filler totally, in general, to save the cost of investing a mobile asphalt plant, new filler and recycling filler will be used together. New filler will be blew into the filler bin under the air control, while the recycling filler will be sent to the filler bin through the elevator. The filler will be sent to the storage bin through the screw conveyor, under the storage bin are two screw conveyors, one is used to weigh the filler and another is to convey the filler to the mixer.
4. Mixture mixing: after all the materials is in the mobile asphalt mixer, it nearly takes 45s to mix the asphalt mixture. You can transport the finished product to the construction site or equip the finished product bin, send the finished product to it. There are two kinds of finished product storage bin: one is under the mixing tower and another is side type. Underneath type can not be very big because of the height of the mixing tower, while side type can be very big.
