Components of AJ-50 concrete mix plant
1. JS1500 twin shaft concrete mixer. It can produce quality ready-mixed concrete. We have shaft-end seal technology, can effectively prevent concrete leakage.
2. Cement silo. Our client chose welded type cement silo. It is conveneint to transport as a whole. And they will store cement and fly ash, or other powder.
3. Concrete batching machine. It will batch raw aggregate, and achieve precise weighing, and produce accurate quality concrete.
4. Control room. We can provide you with two types of control system: semi automatic and fully automatic. But I recommend you choose fully automatic, it is very intelligent and convenient.
