Compositions of batch type hot mix plant-ALQ series
1. cold aggregate batching system; 2. drying and heating; 3. lifting system; 4. screening machine; 5. weighing part; 6. mixing machine; 7. dust collector; 8. filler batching; 9. asphalt supply; 10. pneumatic system; 11. electronic control.
Working process of batch type
Aggregate: all kinds of rubble of various bone diameters. After batching and delivery, they will be sent to drying and heating system, meanwhile, dust collector is working to ensure the whole working environment and quality of finished products. Then lift the hot aggregate to screens system, weighing, in the end, sent to mixing machine.
Filler: there are three fillers in general: mountain flour, cement and additives. Through dust collecting and weighing, sent to mixing machine.
Asphalt: asphalt will be heated in the asphalt tank, through measuring, discharged to mixing machine.
When these three raw materials enter mixing machine, will start to mix and blend them evenly, then discharged into finished product bin.

Working process of hot asphalt mixing plant–drum type-ALT series
Cold aggregate will be sent to drying drum through belt conveyor, after they are weighed and proportioned. after heating and drying, weighed asphalt and filler will enter drum and blend cocurrently. Finished product will be sent to finished product storage bin through lifting machine, then discharged into transport truck.
