Classifications of stationary concrete mixer
We have two types of stationary concrete mixers, they are divided by shape of shaft. JS series twin shaft paddle mixer and JSS series double spiral concrete mixer.

It has one horizontal shaft, can mix aggregate forcibly. It has no tyres, can’t move from site to site.

JS series:
It has two horizontal shafts, on the shaft, there are linear mixing blades. We have advanced patent technology-shaft-end seal performance, which can mix concrete evenly, and cause no concrete residue.

For JSS series twin shaft spiral concrete mixer, as its name supplies, it has double spiral mixing shaft, can mix concrete much more evenly than JS series’, you can check the pictures.
General components of stationary concrete mixer for sale
The mixer comprises of feeding system, mixing system, discharging system, electrical control system and water supply system.
1. Feeding system
1). Hoisting mechanism;
2). Feeding frame;
3). Feed hopper;
4). Pulley.

The feeding system consists of hoisting mechanism, feeding frame, feed hopper and pulley, etc.
2. Mixing system
Mixing system includes electrical motor, belt pulley, reducer, exposed gear, mixing cylinder and mixing device, oil supply device.

3. Discharging system
Discharging system is made of discharge door, pneumatic cylinder or hydraulic cylinder. Moreover, there are three ways to discharge the concrete mixtures: hydraulic control, pneumatic control and manual control.

4. Electrical control system
In the left picture above, there are air switch, fuse protector, thermal relay in electrical control system. It has the function of short-circuit protection and overload protection. All control buttons, air switch lever and indicator light are arranged on the door of distribution box and set the lock. Furthermore, there is protective door outside the button.

And in the right picture, there are four red dots. From top to the bottom: main switch of the machine, water pump control, hopper control and main engine control.
5. Water supply system
Water supply system consists of water pump, throttle valve, cleaning device and spray system. The throttle valve can adjust the water-carrying capacity, total water supply is adjusted by time relay.

Working process of stationary cement mixer
The whole working process actually is the perfect combination of feeding, mixing and discharging.
1. Feeding process
When it begins to lift the aggregates, the transmission mechanism drives the steel rope through the pulley and drags the feed hopper to climb up along the feed hopper rack, when the hopper is up to the feeding position, the front roller at the bottom of the hopper enters into the horizontal crossroad, while the hopper body will keep on rising, and forcibly separate the hopper from the apophyge and open the discharge door. With the rising of the hopper body, the discharge door will gradually get bigger and bigger, and the aggregates in the hopper body will be put into the mixing cylinder continuously.
2. Mixing process
The electrical motor drives the secondary gear reducer, twin shafts of the reducer through two pairs exposed gears respectively drive two horizontal mixing shafts to do the reverse constant speed rotation.
In the mixing cylinder, there are two horizontal shafts, and each one has mixing blade. At the ends of the mixing cylinder is mixing arm, there are side blades on the mixing arm, which can scrape the residual concrete on the end face.
Two ends of the mixing shaft and mixing cylinder are loaded shaft seal device. And at the end face of the mixing cylinder is special oil feeder to ensure the seal quality.
3. Discharging process
The discharging method of JDC series stationary concrete mixers, JS series and JSS series is different.
For JDC series concrete mixers, their mixing drum is stable when it functions, and after finish mixing, it depends on reversing the mixing drum to discharge the concrete mixture.
While for JS series and JSS series mixers, they belong to compulsory concrete mixer and there are three kinds of discharging ways to choose: hydraulic control, pneumatic control and manual control. The speed of the pneumatic control is the fastest, and hydraulic control can make up the drawback of the pneumatic control, for sometimes, air shortage will make the discharging process fail to accomplish. And manual control is only used when the hydraulic control and pneumatic control are out of order, in normal times, should discharge the manual operating lever and in case it will hurt someone. Whatever, you can choose any way to discharge the concrete.
